USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
For best results, add ProfeLAC GOLD to half the required volume of warm water. Mix thoroughly, and once fully dissolved, add the remaining water to achieve the desired volume.
Feed at approximately 38°C. Do not feed above 40°C.
MIXING SUGGESTION
To support calf growth and health, research suggests feeding approximately 1.5% of the calf’s bodyweight as solids. Accordingly, we recommend calculating the desired target Dry Matter Intake (DMI), and then determine the mix rate (solids concentration) and feed volume from there. The table below is a guide.

EXTENDING WHOLE MILK
Add 200 grams of ProviCo Rural ENHANCE to 1 litre of whole milk (warmed to 45°C) plus 1 litre of water (warmed to 45°C) and mix thoroughly to create 2 litres of calf milk. Feed as many litres per day as required of this mixture, up to 7 litres/day (Holsteins), or 6 litres/day (Jerseys), ideally over 2 or more feeds at least 8 hours apart. FORTIFYING WHOLE MILK
Add up to 45 grams (as desired) to whole milk to raise the solids content.
It is recommended that either FortiMILK® GOLD or FortiMILK® GREEN be added to the final mixture for vitamin and probiotic fortification or medication with Bovatec®.
